Acceptance

Creating an account or using SnapSong means you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If a recording you submit includes anyone else's voice, you confirm you have that person's permission to record and process it under these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. One account is for one person.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to submit. Submissions are automatically screened for disallowed content; we may block, remove, or decline to generate a song from material that fails that check, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt to bypass it.

Plans and billing

A plan purchase is a single payment covering 30 days of that plan's benefits — it is not a recurring subscription, and nothing is charged automatically after those 30 days. To continue past that date you purchase again.

Choosing "Cancel" on a plan you have already paid for does not end it early or refund any part of it — it only stops the plan from being treated as renewing, so your account moves to the Free plan the day after the paid period ends instead of staying on the paid plan. Everything the plan includes keeps working, unchanged, until that date.

Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah or US dollars depending on where you are connecting from, and billed through iPaymu or Stripe respectively.

Refunds

All plan purchases are final. See our Refund Policy for the full explanation and how to reach us about a billing error.

Content you create

You own the recordings, photos, and notes you submit. Songs generated from them are yours to use personally. Commercial use of AI-generated songs may be subject to restrictions in the terms of the underlying AI providers that actually generate the music, which we have not independently verified as of this writing — contact us before relying on generated songs commercially.

Service availability

SnapSong is provided "as is." AI-generated output varies in quality and is not guaranteed to match what you asked for. Features, providers, and limits may change.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SnapSong is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of SnapSong is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date and version at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use SnapSong after that means you accept the update.
